Aqua Journey Swim School provides swim lesson instruction and related services. Our platform allows parents and guardians to manage enrollments, view schedules, make payments, and communicate with our team.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Enrollment and Lessons

• Lesson availability is subject to instructor schedules and class capacity
• We reserve the right to modify schedules, assign instructors, and adjust lesson times as needed
• Enrollment is subject to our current pricing and policies

Payments and Billing

• Payment terms are established at the time of enrollment
• You are responsible for all charges associated with your account
• Outstanding balances may result in suspension of services

Communications

• We use email to communicate with you about your account and your child's lessons. Email communications are sent to the email address on file
• SMS text messages are sent only if you voluntarily opt in through a separate checkbox during registration. Consent to receive text messages is not required to enroll in lessons or receive any services
• You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP
• Message and data rates may apply for SMS communications

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation and refund policies are communicated at the time of enrollment
• Contact us directly for questions about cancellations or refunds

Code of Conduct

• Parents and guardians are expected to maintain respectful communication with staff and instructors
• We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of our code of conduct

Limitation of Liability

Aqua Journey Swim School provides swim instruction with reasonable care and safety measures. Parents and guardians acknowledge the inherent risks associated with water activities. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
